About Pickled pelican

The Pickled Pelican is a 2BR, 3BATH, 1186 sq ft three level townhouse in the town of Corolla built in the late eighties. The development is called Sea Loft Village and has about 17 or so units. This unit has had extensive renovations throughout and continual.
Amenities include private community pool, tennis court, private beach access, wash/dryer, outside shower, charcoal grill, TVs in every room, recent renovation, fully equiped kitchen, new appliances and new beds.
RULES
  • In addition to the renters agreement please :
  • do not take furniture out of the house/deck to the beach.
  • Please dont rearrange furniture or pictures.
  • No Pets
  • No Smoking inside the house

Your Stay

Have Fun
Enjoy the sun and the wind. Vacation is meant to heal the soul. Eat, drink, read, swim, sun, shop, golf, laugh and love.
Be Safe
There are no lifegaurds on the beach. Educate yourself on Rip Currents. Also when walking across the street to the stores, watch for cars.
Be Patient
In these crazy times labor is hard to find and many local restaraunts are doing their best to serve everyone.
WiFi
network: Spectrum-75. The password is written in the Southen Shores plaque on the stereo on the kitchen counter
Trash Pickup
Trash pickup is done on Wednesday and Saturday mornings. Please just wheel the cans out facing the street, the city will return them to their place.
Garbage Disposal
The switch for the garbage disposal is on the wall to the left of the sink.
Ice Maker
There is no inside fridge ice maker. There is an ice maker to the right of the frisge on the counter. Ensure the Ice Maker is turned on and there is water inside the icemaker. You will fill the ice maker manually in the same area that the ice is in.
Water Shutoff
There are two water shutoffs: Inside and Outside. The Inside shutoff is a round handled shutoff to the right inside wall next to the water heater in the first floow laundry closet. Trun the know counterclockwise to shut off. The outside valve is in the water box located on the side of the townhouse in the ground.
TVs
All TVs in the house are smart TVs. There is no cable and all streaming services are available to connect to your accounts (Netflix, Amazon Video, Xfinity, Hulu, etc...). Spectrum TV is on the main TV in the living room and you can select that app if you choose.
Remotes are outlined to the right, please just keep the remotes at the TVs they serve. If any question, see where they go as shown.
